Rubber Stamps Rediscovered!
Last month I rediscovered stamps. When I first started scrapbooking I tried adding stampings to my page, but I soon discovered that stamping was not easy. You needed to be very careful when adding ink to your stamp or you would get an unwanted frame around your picture. Plus you had to make sure you set the rubber stamp down correctly on the spot you wanted it or your stamping would end up crooked on your layout page. I was not happy with the results, until I discovered clear rubber stamps.
Wow what a difference! These clear stamps are fun and easy to use. With the clear rubber stamps you can see where you are laying the stamping down on your page. Plus, I learned that you don’t need to use an ink pad. Now they have ink pens that you can use to trace the outline of the rubber stamp.
Now that I have rediscovered clear stamps, I think I’ll use them to add more pizzazz to my page.
